The War is Over

And so it has be rewritten. Turns out that Apple has made some alterations to their strict development guidelines, and will allow 3rd party compilers to be used to produce iPhone apps. In other words, Flash developers that felt that they were burned by Apple's slight of Flash-created iPhone apps can now stop their whining and start their developing! This means that I'll get to start messing around with the Flash iPhone compiler in Adobe Flash CS5.

So what does all this mean for the iPhone v. Android war? From what I understand, it's currently a lot easier to produce an iPhone app with Flash than an Android app. And it seems that a lot of Flash developers own iPhones. I guess it doesn't matter, seeing that it has been becoming a lot easier to produce mobile apps.

I think lots of new and interesting stuff will be coming up in the next year...
